Conference Registration


Registration fees and deadlines for SCOPES 2005 are as follows:

Conference Registration may be paid by business or university check (no personal checks), money order or credit card. Please download the registration form (Word, PDF) and submit by email, fax, or postal mail as indicated on the form.


Tutorial Registration

A tutorial session has been added and is scheduled for Thursday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm entitled "Code Optimizations for Efficient Embedded Systems"

Registration fee for the tutorial session is $100 ($50 for students). A tutorial registration form is available ( Click Here ). Student Grants are available for the tutorial as well as the conference (See below). Please use the same grant application for the tutorial and write "Tutorial" or "Conference and Tutorial" at the bottom as appropriate.


 

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each attendee. The Fairmont Hotel in Dallas provides registration online, by fax, by phone, by mail or by email. The hotel website is accessible here for further details regarding room reservation.

In order to receive the conference room rate, attendees must use the conference event code which is "SCOPES2005" when making your reservation by phone. (Global Reservations 1-800-441-1414; Local Reservations 214-720-5390). If you register online, the Promo Code is GRSCP1

Reservations must be made by September 8, 2005 in order to receive the negotiated group rates. Reservations after September 8, 2005 are subject to room availability and have no rate guarantee.


Student Travel and Conference Grants

Thanks to the support of the National Science Foundation and the ARTIST Program in Europe, SCOPES 2005 is pleased to offer a number of Student Travel and Conference Grants to support attendance at the conference. Each grant that includes travel will be at least $500, while those for conference registration only will be for at least $100. The actual number and amount of the grants will be determined by available funds and number of requests.

An application form is available. Please complete and return the application no later than September 15 for consideration. Please indicate at the bottom of the form if you are applying for conference fees only. Funds will be dispersed upon arrival at the conference.
